SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
During launch periods or promotional activity, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location.
Typical delivery estimates:

Ireland and EU: 3 to 7 business days

UK: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs delays or courier disruptions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Repretent cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.
If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before resending.
Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email within 14 days of delivery.
You must then return the item within a further 14 days.
RETURN POLICY
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in the same condition as received

No signs of outdoor use, wear, or damage

Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and labels
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a tracked and insured service

Repretent is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
If the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Repretent.
Refunds Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
Refunds include the purchase price of the item. Original delivery charges are refunded only where required by law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where possible.
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different design, please return your item for a refund and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

The tent has been used outdoors

The item shows signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Original packaging is missing or incomplete
